Global Spill began manufacturing absorbents for oil and chemical spills in 1991 and to this day, supplies the Australian market with a comprehensive range of Australian Made spill and safety equipment. Our range includes spill kits and absorbents for oil and chemical spills, along with a variety of marine oil spill equipment, containment solutions, dangerous goods stores, safety showers and eyewash as well as a large selection of road and traffic safety supplies.

We pride ourselves on being able to provide manufacturer-direct supply. Manufacturing our own products in Australia enables us to maintain stable supply and pricing enabling the ability to deliver high quality products at industry leading prices.

Australian Made

Over 90% of our product range is manufactured in-house at our factory in Melbourne, Australia. Uninterrupted supply means these
products are in stock and ready for delivery Australia wide. Where applicable, we manufacture all products to comply with Australian
Standard(s). We are Australia’s only manufacturer of polypropylene absorbents and wipes – our high capacity and scale results in the lowest cost of manufacture, which is always passed on to our customers.

Local Warehousing

With warehouses in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth we are able to ship 97% of our standard product range within 24 hours.
Manufacturing locally allows us to constantly monitor stock levels around Australia, ensuring we get the right gear to you at the right time.

Global Spill’s manufacturing facility specialise in manufacturing the following:

• Absorbents and spill kits

We are Australia’s only manufacturer of polypropylene absorbents and wipes – our high manufacturing capacity and scale results in lower costs which are always passed on to our
customers.

• Spill containment

We have one of the largest rotational moulding facilities in Australia. Our bunds and spill pallets are Australian made to withstand harsh Australian environment. Roto-moulding is vastly superior (strength and durability) compared to alternatives. Our spill containment products are independently tested within NATA accredited facilities.

• Dangerous goods storage

We manufacture storage solutions all dangerous goods, including flammable, corrosive, toxic or oxidising substances. All storage products are designed and manufactured in Australia to comply with relevant Australian Standards. We have a dedicated metal fabrication unit with large in-house powder-coating / epoxy spray booth.

• Safety Signs

We have in-house, state-of-the-art flatbed and large format printers in our dedicated print department. All safety and road signs designed and manufactured to meet relevant Australian Standards.
