Henriksen Foxtail Rope Skimmer
The Foxtail rope skimmer is capable of recovering large quantities of oil in both calm and rough sea. Heavy and light oils are collected from the water surface by the Foxtail rope skimmer’s endless high-performance adhesion bands (mops). These fibrillated polypropylene bands collect (adhere) oil when moving through the water. The oil is squeezed out of the Foxtail rope skimmer inside the machine with special rollers.

The Foxtail Mini rope skimmer is capable of recovering oil in both calm and rough sea. Heavy and light oils are collected from the water surface by the Foxtail Mini rope skimmer’s endless high-performance adhesion bands (mops). The Foxtail Mini requires no transport equipment – it is small enough to be moved by 1-2 people.
