Respirator fit test kits

Respirator fit test kits are used to help determine whether a respirator is safe to use, is worn correctly and fits securely.

The kits are designed to test that the face to facepiece seal is secure, and that the respirator fits securely and properly.

Qualitative fit tests use a person’s sense of smell or taste or reaction to an irritant to detect leaks. This is carried out by conducting a taste sensitivity test and a threshold sensitivity screening test.

Individual components found within the qualitative Moldex Respirator fit test kits are also sold individually and can be easily replaced if damaged, used or lost.
