Spill mat 4m x 2m

These easy store spill mats are ideal as compact and portable bunded wash pads for car, truck and machinery washdown. These bunded mats are also a portable solution for the temporary storage of leaking plant, equipment and machinery.

 

Measuring four metres long by two metres wide, the mat’s 75mm high bunded walls provide containment for up to 600 litres of spilled liquid.

 

• Bunded spill mats are ideal to capture spills when storing items which may leak.
• These mats are easy to store, transport and set up.
• Spill mats are manufactured using a high frequency welding process which ensures leak-tight joins.
• Choose from standard duty PVC (orange 900gsm ), heavy duty PVC (black 1350gsm) or chemical duty (black XR5 ) material to suit your application.
• Mat walls are made up of encapsulated, compressible, closed-cell foam which enables vehicles to easily drive on and off the spill mat without causing damage.
• These portable mats are supplied in a carry / storage bag

The mat illustrated has been manufactured from heavy duty 1350gsm PVC.

 

Standard duty (900gsm PVC)

Our standard duty range made of high quality 900gsm PVC. The material provides strength, durability and an adequate chemical resistance for most applications.

 

Heavy duty (1350gsm PVC)

This is a thicker heavy duty PVC offering the next level of strength with containment involving oil, diesel and most chemicals. Also offers an increased longevity and durability for outdoor or use in harsher conditions.

 

Chemical Duty – EGM1020 Elvaloy® Coated Polyester Geomembrane

Our EGM1020 chemical duty fabric provides extreme durability and chemical resistance for containment of petroleum products, acids, bases, solvents and a broad range of chemicals. Recommended for applications involving hazardous substances where maximum containment integrity is essential.
