This blank emergency information panel features blank space to add in a UN number and the hazchem code all in black borders.

This blank emergency information panel is used to specify hazardous substance information and to advise of specialist advice or courses of action in the event of an emergency. Choose from either storage or transport signage from the drop down menu above.

 

This blank emergency information panel features bold, black text with the words: UN NUMBER. and HAZCHEM CODE in black bordered spaces left blank for customisable options. These options are depending on the application and nature of chemicals being used.

 

Emergency information panels (EIP) used for storage purposes feature the above information only, whilst EIPs for transport also include emergency contact information with the words: IN EMERGENCY DIAL 000, POLICE OR FIRE BRIGADE, plus a separate field for SPECIALIST ADVICE (provider name and phone number can be inserted by the user).

All standard emergency information panels have been designed and manufactured to meet the requirements of the Australian Dangerous Goods Code.
