Spill mat 60cm x 60cm

This small easy store spill mat is a compact and portable bunded mat for batteries, small containers or generators. Its bunded walls enable the spill mat to contain spilled liquids.

 

• Bunded spill mats are ideal to capture spills when storing items which may leak.
• Easy to store, transport and set up.
• Bunded mat is manufactured using a high frequency welding process which ensures leak-tight joins.
• Choose from standard (orange, 900gsm PVC), heavy (black 1350gsm PVC) or chemical duty material.
• Bund walls are made from an encapsulated, compressible, closed-cell foam which allows trolleys to drive on and off the spill mat.
• Bund walls are supplied either as 75mm or 100mm height
• Spill mats are reusable – after use they can be cleaned and stored in a convenient carry bag.
• Choose from standard sizes or enquire about our custom-made options to suit your application, dimension or storage volume requirements.

Standard duty (900gsm PVC)

Our standard duty range made of high quality 900gsm PVC. The material provides strength, durability and an adequate chemical resistance for most applications.

 

Heavy duty (1350gsm PVC)

This is a thicker heavy duty PVC offering the next level of strength with containment involving oil, diesel and most chemicals. Also offers an increased longevity and durability for outdoor or use in harsher conditions.

 

Chemical Duty – EGM1020 Elvaloy® Coated Polyester Geomembrane

Our EGM1020 chemical duty fabric provides extreme durability and chemical resistance for containment of petroleum products, acids, bases, solvents and a broad range of chemicals. Recommended for applications involving hazardous substances where maximum containment integrity is essential.
