This hydrogen peroxide emergency information panel features bold, black text with the words: HYDROGEN PEROXIDE plus the UN number of 2014 and the hazchem code of 2P.

The text is displayed alongside two dangerous goods diamonds including Class 5 oxidising agent and Class 8 corrosive substances.

Emergency information panels (EIP) used for storage purposes feature the above information only, whilst EIPs for transport also include emergency contact information with the words: IN EMERGENCY DIAL 000, POLICE OR FIRE BRIGADE, plus a separate field for SPECIALIST ADVICE (provider name and phone number can be inserted by the user).
