Safety Shower & Eyewash Performance Test Kit

The safety shower test kit is used to determine and verify the shower head flow rate performance of all Spill Crew plumbed showers and combination units as per the performance testing requirements of AS4775:2007. Additional eyewash test gauges are available to determine and verify the eyewash spray head pattern.

Shower Flow Rate Meter

• Tapered tube flow rotameter (variable area flow meter), clear, 10-110 L/min calibrated scale and float.
• Quick to install, simple to use, easy to read and highly accurate (±4%).
• In-line, mechanical flow meter with volumetric flow reading – no getting wet and no electronics to fail.
• Fitted with stainless steel quick release adaptors – allows temporary installation between shower spool & stanchion in a matter of minutes.
• Fitted with pressure gauge – to ensure supply line pressure conformance with the standard.

Eyewash Test Gauge

• Made in accordance with the requirements of AS4775:2007.
• Tough, durable, clear acrylic test gauge with embedded instructions
