Safety tags – danger do not operate

This DANGER safety tag is used to inform and warn personnel before using equipment, machinery and/or process equipment. They feature the universal red, white and back DANGER logo and the warning text ‘DO NOT OPERATE THIS EQUIPMENT / SWITCH / VALVE’ on a red and white diagonally striped background.

Warning tags are also used to control and monitor equipment maintenance and throughout production cycles.

DANGER DO NOT OPERATE tags include the following text:

Side 1:

• Blank fields (2x)

• Do not operate
• This tag must not be removed
• Except by the undersigned
• Name field
• Department field
• Date / time field

• Danger safety tags are printed in black and red on both sides
• Safety tag material is made from 140gsm Polyart
• The portrait style warning tags measure 160mm x 80mm
• Safety tags are sold in packs of 100 tags
• Safety tag eyelets are reinforced and measure 8mm diameter
• Danger safety tags do not include strings
• Danger tags are made in Australia
