A warning sign is yellow in colour with black text and icons. All icons are housed within a black triangle. Global Spill Control warning signs are manufactured to the requirements of Australian Standards – AS1319-1994.
Warning signs have been previously known as ‘caution signs’ but this terminology is no longer used by the Australian Standard. The terms ‘warning’ and ‘caution’ however are now regarded as being interchangeable.
